Survival of the fittest.
Every four years, the fittest humans on planet earth battle it out to see who will reign champion. With the 2016 Olympics held in Brazil, we used Rio’s Tijuca Forest as our stadium, and it’s inhabitants as our athletes.

The campaign launched with an anthemic film to introduce the idea.



And it wouldn’t be a BBC Olympics campaign without some playful idents.


Everyday of the tournament our title sequence kicked off the BBC’s coverage.
